I have a Mac. I downloaded the three files zip, z01 & zo2, but none of my archive apps recognize them. Is there a particular program for Mac to unzip files from your site?

You need to use a new enough version of winzip to extract the zip file with z01 and z02 file in the same folder. You can get winzip via its homepage: winzip.com
